With a passion for fitness and a love for helping others, I'm here to guide you on your journey towards a stronger, healthier you.

That's when I discovered the transformative power of studio Pilates.

It not only helped me regain my core strength but also alleviated my back pain.

I was amazed by the results and knew I had found my calling.

In 2008/2010, I retrained as a Pilates instructor through Polestar Pilates International in Sydney.

Armed with this newfound passion and knowledge, I embarked on an incredible journey teaching in Hong Kong for six wonderful years.

During my time there, I had the pleasure of working with a client base who inspired me every day.

In 2017, I returned to Sydney and began teaching group classes in various gyms and studios.

However, I soon realised that my true interest was in working closely with clients who needed more personalised attention and guidance.

I wanted to make a significant impact on their lives, helping them overcome their unique challenges and achieve their fitness goals.

Driven by this desire, I started teaching Pilates at Fitness on Fox (Wahroonga), in January 2020.

Apart from Pilates, I have a few other passions that keep me engaged with life.

You might find me out on the water, embracing my love for Dragon Boating.

And when it comes to wellness, I'm a firm believer in the power of gut health and nutrition.
